Who makes the jewellery?

Each piece of jewellery is designed and made by me, Steph, in my sun-lit home studio in Melbourne’s West. From time to time I also employ the hands of professional bench jewellers to help set stones or engrave your special pieces.

What materials are used?

brass, .925 sterling silver, 14ct gold fill and various carats of solid gold.
Product descriptions will always list what metal is used. 

Do you offer Warranty?


Ivy Design Jewellery does not offer extended warranty cover for our pieces.
If this is something you need for peace of mind, it is recommended that you seek private insurance cover for your jewellery.

In line with Australian Consumer Law, you are covered for manufacturing faults. If upon initially receiving your piece you discover there is a fault, please contact us asap via hello@ivydesignjewellery.com to dicuss the issue.

Refunds or compensation will not be provided for a piece that has sustained wear and tear damage over time, has been accidentally damaged or deliberately damaged, lost or stolen. 

My jewellery has become damaged/worn over time

 

The metals used in jewellery are malleable and over time will exhibit signs of wear and tear, especially if it is worn regularly. When purchasing jewellery it is important to choose an item that is suitable for its purpose. Not all metals and stones are suitable to be worn every day.

ex. If you're wanting to buy an engagement ring and you're unsure of what metals/stones would be suitable to wear everyday, contact me to discuss and I can help you map out your options and work out the most appropriate design for your purpose to ensure durability and longevity.

Refunds or compensation will not be provided for a piece that has; sustained wear and tear damage over time, has been accidentally damaged or deliberately damaged. 

I've purchased the incorrect ring size

 

No fret if you've purchased the incorrect size, get in touch asap through email at hello@ivydesignjewellery.com to arrange an exchange. 

Custom order pieces cannot be exchanged or refunded
The consumer is responsible for any return postage costs
Items cannot be exchanged if they have been worn, or are not in their originally received condition

What is the currency used in this store?

All prices shown are in Australian Dollars $AUD.

Where do you ship?

WORLDWIDE.
Once your order is has been booked in for collection with a shipping company you will be emailed a confirmation including your tracking details, be sure to keep them safe!
Australian orders generally take between 1 - 7 business days to arrive and international orders can take anywhere between 3 - 20 business days to arrive - depending on your location.

* NOTE International orders - Some countries may impose an import duty on your package.This is a third party charge organised by your country’s government and has nothing to do with Ivy Design Jewellery. Ivy Design Jewellery is not responsible for any customs charges that apply. It is the buyer's responsibility to pay customs/import fees.

How long will it be until my order ships?

Each listing will state whether the item is ‘made to order’ or ‘ready to ship’. Ready to ship items will be sent out within 1-3 business days of your order being placed. Made to Order items require anywhere between 1 - 8 weeks to be made and each individual product description will give you a more accurate time frame - this is due to external factors that are out of our hands. For some designs we enlist the help of professional bench jewellers to help set stones, or refineries to do our casting - and allowance need to be made for their time frames.

You can contact us at any time if you would like an ETA on an order you’ve already placed, or are considering placing, and we will do our best to keep you updated.

* NOTE If an order contains both 'Ready to ship' and 'Made to Order' items then your order will not be shipped out until the latter. Please be mindful of this when ordering.
